景观设计一直在摸索自然，人， 建筑， 城市之间的边界，致力于柔和不同的空间分隔，通过不同的材料空间，表达不同的场所精神，解决场地的固有问题，营造属于地块独特的调性与景观系统。我们努力寻找一个属于当地文化的，自然的，独特的大地肌理，希望经过现代手法的设计，绘制出一个具有艺术感，惊喜感，唤起在地文化记忆的空间。

Landscape design has been exploring the boundaries between nature, people, architecture, and cities, striving to soften the different spatial divisions, express the different spirit of the place through different material spaces, and solve the inherent problems of the site, create the unique tonal and landscape system belonging to the plot. We strive to find a local culture, natural, unique texture of the Earth, hope through modern design, drawing a sense of art, surprise, arouse the memory of the local culture space.

以书之名——重构公众与自然的对话场所
In the name of the book,
reconstruct the place of dialogue between the public and nature

项目位于沈阳浑河之上，紧邻沈阳出版社集团，场地呈方正型，人行动线较短。在设计思考中，我们致力于河岸之上建立一所现代生态公园、改善居民的居住环境和生活方式，并带动城区更新。建设现代化的绿色公共开放空间。展现出公共空间包容的气质，也让人与空间、人与自然、人与人，在这里产生了不同层次的相互联结。

The project is located on the Hunhe River in Shenyang, close to the Shenyang Publishing House Group. In our design thinking, we are committed to creating a modern ecological park on the riverbank, improving the living environment and lifestyle of the residents, and promoting urban renewal. Constructing modern green public open space. Show the public space inclusive temperament, but also let people and space, people and nature, people and people, here have a different level of mutual connection.

霜笉秀含润，拥翠环林樾
It’s not gonna look pretty, it’s gonna look pretty

结合沈阳出版社集团的书脉文化和浑河生态自然文化的在地性以及项目案名润樾府的“润，樾”二字，提出了“霜笉秀含润，拥翠环林樾”的设计理念，希望项目可远取山水林木，近取万卷书香，成就书香礼韵，樾下之境的美意。

Combining the book vein culture of Shenyang Publishing House Group with the locality of the ecological and natural culture of Hun River, as well as the word “Run, Yue”of the project case name run-fu, this paper puts forward the design idea of “The frost is not moist, and the forest is Yue”. It hopes that the project can take the landscape and woods, the book fragrance, the book charm and the beauty of the scene under the Yue.

依托书韵文化，营造文园府邸。润樾府景观设计以樾为引，化意为形，结合书纸的原型与意境，提取出书页的层层肌理作为景观小品的表皮，以书籍垒落的空间形态，形成景观的空间构造与景墙形式。

Relying on the culture of book rhyme to build the mansion of Wenyuan. The landscape design of runfu takes the Yue as the introduction, transforms the meaning into the form, combines the book paper’s prototype and the artistic conception, extracts the book page’s layer upon layer texture as the landscape sketch’s surface, takes the book stack falls the spatial form, the space structure and the form of the landscape wall.

01，入园——感知书香哲学的入口空间

兼具着润樾府未来大区的气质前提，但同时也是一个城市口袋花园式未来社区专项的花园体系，当以昭示性为主，同时与公园的灵动亲切、艺术休闲的气质所结合。

It also has the makings of Runyue’s future district, but at the same time it is also a special garden system of urban pocket garden type future community. It should be mainly demonstrative, at the same time with the park smart and friendly, art and leisure temperament by the combination. Oh, Shit

入口形体取“层层书页”为意象，像是书本磊落一般落在场地上，质感细腻，入口处两侧重叠交错的景墙，多层次的设计给空间流线起到指引作用，无论从体量以及形态上来说。都具备多面引导性、可观性的立面特点，材质肌理用层层暗纹表达书页的肌理感，造型新颖，提起人继续向内走的兴趣，但同时同一种语言的特色高墙，又增加了入园体验的神秘感。

The entrance body takes the “Book pages”as the image, just like a book lying on the ground, the texture is exquisite, the two sides of the entrance overlap staggered landscape walls, multi-level design to guide the flow of space, both in volume and shape. Both have the characteristics of multi-faceted guiding and observant facades. The texture of the material expresses the texture of the pages with layers of dark stripes. The shape is novel, and it arouses people’s interest to keep going in, but at the same time the characteristic high wall of the same language, adds to the mystery of the entry experience.

02，沉浸——花园体验前场空间

经过入口的高墙夹道，进入前场花境林下空间，两侧林荫葱郁，让人觉得豁然开朗，花境的温馨，使人心情愉悦，颇有弃尘入林的悠然之感。

After the entrance of the high wall, into the front field under the forest space, the trees on both sides, people feel suddenly open, the warmth of the flowers, people feel happy, quite a sense of ease into the forest.

穿过林荫夹道进入林下休憩空间，这里层级的台阶座凳，高低错落有致，形成艺术感极强的休憩体验空间，座椅后侧特色的格栅背景，亦是延续书肌理元素的提取，加强了场地的记忆感，给人一种沉浸式精致美学的体验感。

Through the tree-lined passageways into the open space under the forest, where the level of bench, high and low patchwork, forming a highly artistic open experience space, the characteristic grid background behind the seats, it is also a continuation of the book texture elements extraction, strengthening the memory of the site, giving a sense of immersion exquisite aesthetic experience.

03，听水——赞颂文园府邸的后场空间

从休憩花园经过，映入眼帘的是静谧的水景，踏上两级台阶，给人以尊贵的入场体验，这是去往售楼处的仪式入口，灵动的涌泉水声，恰似引人入境的欢迎仪式，我们将形似书本垒叠的景墙形式贯穿到底，凸显整个园区特色的语言形式，形成深刻的场地记忆感。

After passing through the rest garden, what you can see is a quiet water scene. Stepping on two steps, you will have a noble entrance experience. This is the ceremonial entrance to the sales office, with the vivid sound of spring water, just like the welcoming ceremony, we will be like books stacked wall form throughout the end, highlighting the characteristics of the entire park language form, the formation of a deep sense of site memory.

回看整个场地，设计充分照顾人们的游园情绪，时而丛林秘境，时而豁然开朗，给人以跌宕起伏的游园体验，增加场地的趣味性。同时更是充分考虑出版社的文化在地性，形成独特的书纸语言，形成新颖有趣的场地意境，提升园区品质。

Looking back at the entire site, the design fully takes care of the mood of the park, sometimes the jungle mystery, sometimes suddenly opened up, giving people a ups and downs of the park experience, to increase the fun of the site. At the same time, it takes full account of the culture of the publishing house, forms the unique book and paper language, forms the novel and interesting artistic conception of the site, and improves the quality of the park.

沈阳·润樾府，以书、樾为源，以友好城市，友好社区的形态来展示真实的生活场景，让自然为城市、为生活赋能。

Shenyang Runyue Mansion, with the book, the Yue as the source, the friendly city, the friendly community form to display the real life scene, lets the nature for the city, for the life enablement.
