重庆南岸区茶园中交漫山滨河商业建筑设计 / 源道建筑

重庆，是一座魔幻的城市。都说重庆城市是8D的，因为她有山有水有城，也因为独特的山地地形，让这座山城的房子总是层层叠叠、富有层次。然而，在地产的洪流下，这座独特的山城，偶尔也会显得无助。当我们来到城市的某个片区，总能看到那些方方正正、冷冷冰冰的房子，让我们仿佛不知道自己置身是哪里。

Chongqing is a magical city. It is said that the city is eight-dimensional because having mountains, rivers and cities, and because of the unique mountainous terrain, the houses in this mountain city are always layer upon layer. However, under the torrent of real estate, this unique mountain city occasionally appears helpless. When we come to a certain area of the city, we can always see those square and glacial houses, which make us seem not to know where we are.

也正是在这样一个环境，被一堆方方正正的房子围得水泄不通的狭小用地，源道建筑设计师罗斌用自己的童真，和对重庆这座山地城市情有独钟，对这个场地发起了挑战。

In such an environment, a small site of land surrounded by a pile of square houses, Yuandao Architect Luo Bin challenged the site by his innocence and special liking for the mountainous city of Chongqing.

First Sight

本项目在重庆南岸区茶园片区的一条小河边上，整体定位为中交漫山配套的一个社区商业。

The project is located on the edge of a small river in the tea garden area of Nan’an District, Chongqing, and is positioned as a community business supporting CCCC Manshan.

最初踏勘场地的时候，源道设计团队发现这里的状态像是被周边的房子冰冷地盯着，毫无生机，唯一打动设计师的画面，是在河边戏水的小孩，捡着石头扔向对岸，仿佛算是整个场地最有活力的一抹亮色。设计师在这样的画面中，感到自身也仿佛回到20年前，在万州老家的小河边，暑假和小伙伴们捡石头打水漂。

When they first surveyed the site, the Yuandao design team found that the state of the place seemed to be stared at by the surrounding houses in a cold and lifeless state. The only picture that impresses the designer is the child playing in the water by the river, picking up a stone and throwing it to the opposite bank, as if it is the most energetic bright color in the entire venue. In such a picture, the designer feels as if he has returned to 20 years ago, by the small river in his hometown in Wanzhou, picking up stones and drifting with his friends during the summer vacation.

Design Inspiration

在周边的冰冷与眼前的活力强烈对比之下，灵感一下子被点亮：既然“石头”已经被扔到脚下，就应该捡起来，那就在这条河边设计几块“石头”吧。

In the strong contrast between the coldness of the surroundings and the vitality in front of us, the inspiration suddenly lit up: the “stone” has been thrown under the feet, it should be picked up, so let’s design a few “stones” by this river.

Design Evolution

重庆的山地建筑，有丰富的营造手法，“退露挑错”也许可以概其精华。设计师将建筑体块进一步演变，形成逐个的退台空间、露台空间、架空灰空间等有趣的空间形态。结合场地5米的地形高差，将整个商业分为一二两层双首层，一层平河岸公园，二层平市政道路。为了给河岸的景观引入城市，在较高的建筑处，留下两条视线通廊。

Chongqing’s mountain buildings have rich construction techniques, “retreat, terrace, empty space, and split floor” may be the essence. The designer further evolved the building blocks to form interesting space forms such as retreat space, terrace space, and overhead gray space one by one. Combined with the terrain height difference of 5 meters, the entire business is divided into two-story double-first floors, the first floor is flat riverside park, and the second floor is flat with municipal roads. In order to introduce the river bank landscape into the city, two visual corridors are left at the higher buildings.

Design Presentation

在以“小河边的石头”为灵感的构思下，整体设计围绕主题深化，最终整体建筑以雕塑感极强的方式呈现。河岸边的三块石头，为整个社区带来一件城市公共艺术品。

Inspired by the concept of “Stones by the Small River”, the overall design is deepened around the theme, and finally the overall building is presented in a very sculptural way. Three stones along the river bank bring an urban public artwork to the entire community.

建筑独特的艺术形态，宛如三颗钻石一样镶嵌在整个社区。

The unique art form of the building is set in the entire community like three diamonds.

建筑与河岸环境的有机融合，成为公园一部分。视线通廊也为城市提供自由呼吸的空间。

The organic integration of the building and the riparian environment becomes part of the park. Sight corridors also provide a space for the city to breathe freely.

不同的空间组合形式，也为商业带来更多可能，一层利用整个滨河公园，公园绿化带入商业空间；二层利用屋顶广场，营造更开阔活动场所，吊脚楼的形式也为二层赢得更多有趣的灰空间；三层利用二层屋顶，或为阳台或为露台，提供一些私密的休闲空间。

Different space combinations also bring more possibilities for business. The first floor uses the entire riverside park, and the park greenery is brought into the commercial space; the second floor uses the roof plaza to create a wider venue for activities. The form of stilted buildings also wins the second floor More interesting gray space; the third floor utilizes the second floor roof, or provides some private leisure space for balconies or terraces.

当千城一面让我们在方方正正、冷冷冰冰的房子中迷失和流浪，设计的温度，可以帮我们找回记忆中最柔软、最珍贵的那段时光，对人性的关怀，对在地的尊重，对设计的虔诚和至善，或许才是建筑最有生命力的表达，也是一座城市构筑美好生活的起点。

When stereotypes make us lost and wandering in a square and cold house, the temperature of the design can help us retrieve the softest and most precious time in our memory, care for humanity, and respect for the place. The piety and perfection of design may be the most vital expression of architecture, and it is also the starting point for a city to build a better life.
