万科成长中心公园五号校区
VLINK 5 Parkside Flagship Campus

公园五号万科成长中心旗舰校是面向全龄人群的社区教育中心，其理念是崇尚天赋觉醒和人格塑造。著名心理学家马斯洛的心理学动机理论认为，“人类需求导向”自下而上包含生理、安全感、归属感、成就感和自我实现五个层级，只有当低层级需求得到满足时，才有可能追求高层级需求。因此，设计团队从“安全感”和“归属感”入手，希望将成长中心营造成为一个自在而有趣的家。

VLINK 5 Parkside Flagship Campus, a community education center for all ages, is established with the philosophy of talent awakening and personality building. According to Maslow’s theory of psychological motivation, “Hierarchy of Needs” is comprised of a five-tier model of human needs including physiological needs, safety needs, belongingness and love needs, esteem needs and needs for self-actualization from bottom upwards. Needs lower down in the hierarchy must be satisfied before individuals can attend to needs higher up. Therefore, the design team started with “safety” and “sense of belongingness” by creating a relaxing and intellectually interesting “home”.

Learner’s Kitchen on the Ground Floor

原建筑空间分为两层，首层规划为开放的多功能课程区和厨房，二层设置了木工、语言、绘画和舞蹈等四个教室。两层空间通过一部洋洋洒洒的大楼梯连通。楼梯踏步立面以不同深度的蓝色橡胶为饰面材料，自下而上看去令人联想到跌落的溪水。设计团队利用楼梯下方空间塑造了大大小小的凹龛，成为小朋友们读书、说悄悄话、躲猫猫、滑滑梯的场所。这些凹龛仿佛森林小屋和树屋，构成了首层开放空间的风景线。

The ground space is planned with an open multi-functional learning space and kitchen, while the second level is equipped with four learning studios for woodwork, language, painting and dancing. Viewed from the ground floor, a wide staircase connecting two levels looks like falling streams with the various shades of blue rubber finishes on the steps. Underneath the staircase are turned into children’s private alcoves, in various sizes, for reading, chit chatting, hide and seek, and playing on the slide. The alcoves, resembling forest cabins and treehouses, compose landscape of the open learning space of the ground floor.

室内墙面采用可书写磁性投影多功能壁纸、彩色吸音毛毡和软木等材质，形成互动的教学介质。设计团队以简单的几何形式和浓郁的色彩搭配，成功地创造出一个融厨艺、展陈、表演、艺术、语言学习等全方位教育为一体的全龄社区教育中心。

The interior space is equipped with interactive learning media such as magnetic/writable/projectable wall covering, colorful acoustic textile felt and corks. With simple forms in mix of accent colors, the design team has successfully created an all-age education center integrating cooking, exhibition, visual and performing arts, language learning and other cross-disciplinary learning.
