“Frost falls bear rises tree, forest empty deer drinks brook.” The art sculpture in the front field sublimates the natural scene in life and enforces the vitality of the site.
舟山，这座城市因海而生，凭海而兴，依岛而居,金地峯范府择址舟山城新区临城海天大道与富丽岛路交汇处，地理位置优越，基础配套设施丰富，地块价值无限。
Zhoushan, a city born from the sea, prospers by the sea and lives on the island. The project is located in Zhoushan New District near the intersection of Chenghai Tian Avenue and Fulidao Road. It has excellent location, rich supporting facilities and unlimited land value.
从千岛之城的历史文脉和地理风貌寻得设计依据，我们试图探索出契合当地气质风貌和历史脉络的场设计，筑一处地域文明与现代艺术融合的居所致敬舟山。
Based on the historical context and geographical features of the city of Thousand Islands, we try to explore the field design that fits the local temperament, features and historical context, and build a residence that integrates regional civilization and modern art to pay tribute to Zhoushan.

Art originates from the true portrayal of life. If you are affected by the emotion of returning home, you will come to this art museum of life with a dark heart. In the modern life full of imagination, what we need is not only material satisfaction, but also spiritual cultivation and cleansing.

涌现·时光记忆
THE TIME MEMORY
继承解构主义，并与现代主义更为自由的设计手法结合起来，在景观注入具有丰赡精神内蕴的人文艺术，营建一个具有表现力和视觉性的艺术空间。
It inherits deconstruction and combines with the more liberal design technique of modernism to infuse humanistic art with abundant spirit in the landscape and build an artistic space with expressiveness and vision.
项目整体以简洁的几何空间形体呈现，现代极致的线条，仿佛点缀着繁华与静谧并存的艺术居所，以品质雕琢为居者开启一场艺术生活的探索。
The whole project is presented in simple geometric space forms, and the modern extreme lines seem to be dotted with the artistic residence where prosperity and tranquility coexist, and the quality carving opens an exploration of artistic life for the residents.

对话·生活心境
DIALOGUE LIFE MOOD
建筑与景观绿植在浮动光雾的衬托下，为场地增添了艺术的优雅气质，使居者在微风交汇间，感受生活的灵动气息，并产生对话与共鸣。
The buildings and landscape plants add artistic elegance to the site under the background of floating light and mist, allowing residents to feel the smart breath of life and create dialogue and resonance in the meeting of breezes.
主入口以简洁的线性体块寓意去繁就简，勾勒出极具艺术感的品质空间，令归家的人们摆脱城市的疲乏，把杂绪抛诸脑后。
The main entrance is designed to simplify the complex with the implication of a simple linear block, and to outline the quality space with a sense of art, so that people returning home can get rid of the fatigue of the city and leave miscellaneous thoughts behind.

塑造·浪漫情调
CREATE ROMANTIC MOOD
逐水而居，潺潺流水的跌水声令人感到宁静，仿佛在听流水的奏鸣曲，忽然间，在这座城市之中找到内心的平衡。
Living by the water, the murmur of the falling water makes people feel quiet, as if listening to the sonata of the water, suddenly, find the inner balance in the city.
售楼部大门的递进与跌水景观相互呼应，与几何元素演绎着递进的层次美，光塑造着一切，雅致、不繁琐，感受空间环境所带来的惬意感。
The door of the sales department and the landscape echo each other, and the geometric elements deducing the progressive level of beauty, light shaping everything, elegant, not trivially, feel the comfortable space environment brought.
空气中流动的水汽与植物芳香的融合，仿佛在为空间述说更多情感，让居者对生活品质有极高的沉浸体验，置身悠闲中。
The fusion of water vapor and plant fragrance in the air seems to tell more emotions for the space, so that residents have a very high immersion experience of life quality and place themselves in leisure.

FASHION AESTHETICS
漫步穿梭于后场，光影也随之移动，而流水的奏鸣曲也为居者续写着美好生活的篇章。
Walking through the backfield, light and shadow move along with it, while the sonata of flowing water continues to write the chapter of a better life for the residents.
“霜落熊升树，林空鹿饮溪 。”前场的艺术雕塑，让生活中的自然景象得到升华，赋予场地生命力。树池与流水融合的别致设计在悄然释放魅力，使得场景的艺术空间变得更纯粹深刻。
“Frost falls bear rises tree, forest empty deer drinks brook.” The art sculpture in the front field sublimates the natural scene in life and enforces the vitality of the site. The unique design of the integration of tree pool and flowing water quietly releases its charm, making the art space of the scene more pure and profound.
享受大自然不单是限于艺术和图画，显现于我们眼前的大自然含有更多的元素。艺术、自然、生活相互依存，在艺术与自然重逢的生活场景中，享受探索现代生活的乐趣与浪漫。
