传统中国士大夫的居住方式，也是人的心理安全需求。
在夏天的院子里乘凉，
听老人讲故事。
这种家族生活的和睦，
诗书教化的风范，
影响了我们的性格，
也让我们对庭院有了挥之不去的情节。
华润·未来城市示范区位于陕西省西安市，项目南接绕城高速，西临港务国际区，北邻规划待建的西安奥体中心。场地地势平坦，但周边尚未开发，景观视线较差。
The City Next Display Area is located in Xi’an, Shaanxi. The project is adjacent to belt expressway in the south, Xi’an International Trade & Logistics Park in the West and the planned Xi’an Olympic Sports Center in the North. The site is flat. However, the view is not good due to the underdeveloped area around it.
基于周围现有环境，该示范区着力于打造一个较为封闭的深宅大院，从内向的角度展示建筑与园林之美。
Taking into account the existing surrounding environment, the designers were devoted to creating a relatively closed mansion that shows the beauty of architecture and garden from an inward perspective.
示范区的占地面积约1公顷。如何通过现代的手法在有限的场地营造丰富的空间体验、达到以小见大的效果，是普利斯设计集团面临的一大挑战。设计师以“门庭尚礼序，院落迎君归”为指导原则，通过门庭（一探）、巷苑（二游）和大院（三赏）营造三进空间，每一重空间以不同景观节点围合，错落有致、峰回路转，构建开合有致，灵动流转的现代院落景观。
The display area covers an area of about 1 hectare. One of the major challenges Place Design Group faced was how to enrich the spatial level in a limited space through modern techniques. The designers created three courtyards, from the door courtyard through the lane courtyard and to the grand courtyard. Each space is enclosed by different well-proportioned landscape nodes to form a modern and smart courtyard that greatly balances opening and closing.
在银杏和樱花林映衬下的形象大门足足有30米宽，立面采用柔光面仿大理石材砖，极具仪式感。
Set against ginkgo and cherry trees, the gate is up to 30 meters wide with the façade made of artificial marble bricks, full of sense of ritual.
简洁明快的色彩对比和层叠式的立面墙彰显大气与沉稳的气度，而立面墙前的涌泉水景则营造出动感与活力。
The concise and bright color contrasts coupled with the cascading walls demonstrate the magnificence and calmness, while the spring waterscape in front of the wall represents movement and vitality.
一探 — 门庭
DOOR COURTYARD
穿过大门则是示范区的一进院，又称“天圆地方”庭。
Passing through the gate is the first courtyard of the display area, also known as the courtyard of “Tian Yuan Di Fang” (a square earth with a round sky above).
庭院中心是一个圆形的镜面水池，上植硕果累累的观赏石榴，在中国文化当中寓意吉祥，成为整个空间的视觉焦点。
In the center of the courtyard, a circular reflective water pool was planted with an ornamental pomegranate tree, a visual focus of the whole space. Pomegranates have the meaning of auspiciousness in Chinese culture.
一进院四周围合，却有着开阔的圆顶。自然光线从通透的圆顶洒下，石榴树在自然光的沐浴下，展现出不一样的景观效果。
The courtyard is closed on the sides but with a circular dome. Natural lights pass through the dome to the pomegranate tree so that it presents a different landscape effect beneath the bathing of lights.
一进院的背后是项目施工现场及高压塔，特殊的围合处理可以规避外界不利条件对场地的影响，将访客的视线集中到庭院本身。
With a construction site and a high-pressure tower behind the first courtyard, the special enclosed treatment can help to mitigate the negative impact of unfavorable external conditions on the site and more importantly frame visitors’ attention on the yard itself.
从功能上来看，一进院是整个示范区的交通环岛。驶入车辆可从庭院的右门直接进入停车场，而家人或朋友则可以在这个环岛水景落客，等待泊车后一同通过椭圆形的格栅隔离出的人行区域进入二进院。
The first courtyard functions as the roundabout of the display area. The parking lot is located at the right side of this yard, with a right door as an entrance. The pedestrians can be dropped off in front of the central waterscape, waiting for others to park the cars. Afterwards, they can enter the second courtyard through a pedestrian area separated by an oval grille.
二游 — 巷苑
LANE COURTYARD
二进院是由景观围墙围合出的一个安静小院，设置了带有层级式台阶种植的草坪空间以舒缓情绪，让人仿佛置身于 “向往的生活”中那个温馨静谧的自家小院。
The second courtyard is small and enclosed by the landscape wall. It was arranged with the relaxing lawn space with layered planting, making visitors feel like they are in the cozy yard in the reality TV show “Back to Field”.

道路端头的三头鹿不约而同地望向天空，和满院的绿植相映成趣，整个场景顿时生动了起来。
The three deer at the end of the road look at the sky simultaneously in harmony whilst the whole yard of the green plants, activates the whole scene immediately.
鹿群雕塑背后的背景墙分割了人的视线，留出一扇院门，提示后面有更深远的空间，引导访客踏过三层台阶继续深入。
A background wall behind the deer group blocks visitors’ view. A door in the wall hints far-reaching space behind, and guides visitors to walk up three steps and continue.
三赏 — 大院
GRAND COURTYARD
越门而入，在一条樱花夹道中徜徉，“蜻蜓点水”的雕塑在樱花的缝隙中若隐若现。
After visitors exit through the door and arrive at the cherry blossom path, they’ll see the sculpture of “dragonfly splashing the water” which looms in the gap of cherry blossoms.

穿过樱花花海，一只巨大的镜面不锈钢蜻蜓跃然眼中，仿佛刚从天空降落在水面翘起的枯枝上，荡起水面圈圈的涟漪，为静谧空间注入了一丝灵动之气。
Under the beautiful sea of cherry blossoms, a giant stainless-steel-made dragonfly pops up, as if it has just landed on the dead branches, rippling the water. Suddenly, a touch of agility is injected into this quiet space.
蜻蜓的躯干足足有两米长，却有着十分轻盈的翅膀，通过虚实对比，显得愈发坚实而有力度，空灵而又生动。
The dragonfly has a 2-meter long trunk but very light wings. By virtual-real contrast, it looks increasingly solid and powerful, ethereal and vivid.
雕塑表面采用了镜面不锈钢材料，微风拂过，水面荡起的涟漪连同建筑都投影在蜻蜓身上，别有一番趣味。
With the surface made of mirror-finished stainless steel, the dragonfly sculpture reflects in the ripples and the building with the breeze.
蜻蜓正对着的是带有“华润置地·陆港集团”几个大字的对景叠水，叠水上植造型景观大树，隐喻清泉石上流的都市山林。
The cascade with the logo of developers faces the dragonfly sculpture, as an opposite scenery. It was planted with the landscape trees with the metaphor of urban forest.
宽阔的镜面水景环绕着整个庭院，走在L型游步道上好似水上漫步，为访客创造了一种新奇的体验。
The reflective water pool surrounds the entire yard. It’s a novel experience for visitors to walk on the L-shaped footpath, like walking on water.
L型游步道的尽头是售楼处，访客可以直接进入售楼处，也可经过门口的风雨廊架向右进入儿童活动场地。
At the end of the L-shaped footpath is the sales center. Here visitors can enter the children’s playground on the right through the gallery at the door.
廊架的尽端是尺度适宜的儿童活动场地，与二进院之间通过植物隔开。
The large children’s playground at the end of gallery is separated from the second courtyard by plants.
客户在样板间看房时，孩童可以在这里玩耍，释放天性，便于他们将注意力集中到房子上。
When parents are visiting the sample houses, children can play on the playground allowing the parents to concentrate on the house itself.
“未来城市”示范区不只是简单的展示，我们希望能够让购房者感到良好的居家氛围，在都市中打造一个属于大家的“深宅大院”。
The City Next Display Area is not just a simple demonstration. Instead, we are devoted to creating a mansion in the urban cities where visitors can feel a positive home atmosphere.
