深圳，被誉为“中国硅谷”，是全球性经济中心城市。快节奏、高发展的“深圳速度”，总是伴随着较大的精神压力。

Knowing as the “Silicon Valley” of china, Shenzhen is the global economic center. Along with the fast pace development, “The pace of Shenzhen” has always been associated with heavier mental pressure.

仁恒公园世纪三期示范区位于深圳市龙岗区，展示区面积仅3000m²，设计希望引自然入园，让人们在城市中也能感受自然，同时这也是未来大区生活场景的提前展示。

设计灵感来自于云雾缭绕的群山，我们希望通过以小见大的手法，在场地里还原这种自然的朦胧美。

Located in Longgang Shenzhen, the sales gallery of Yanlord Park Century III is only 3000m². We aim to bring nature back to this garden for Shenzheners to enjoy and imagine living in this community in the future. The design inspiration comes from the cloudy mountain， which we could create a poetic beauty by composing a larger scene in this limited space.

场地共设三栋样板房，我们希望每栋样板房都有自己独有的花园，因此在有机的线条生成动线之时，利用连廊连接每一户的入户，由此也界定出了抵达花园和样板房花园。结合游走间的视线和室内往外眺望的视线，我们通过设定金属网来引导访客的视线。在花园间加入自然溪谷般的水景设计，它们相互串联，宛如一体，又隶属于每一个样板房。

There are three mockup rooms. And we hope that each mockup room has its unique garden. The rooms are connected by an organic-shaped covered walkway, which leaves the rest area as gardens. The design introduced a natural creek and valley to create a meandering yet cohesive garden for each mockup room.

访客从公园世纪二期售楼处乘坐接驳车到达场地，廊架的端头也引申为门楼的效果，两侧小叶榄仁夹道，回车处设立了高达10M的丛生朴树，仪式感包裹，访客可顺着廊架开始游园，而接驳车则在回车区静待。

When visitors arrived via buggy, the end of the covered walkway is also presented as the greeting pavilion with Madagascar Almond on both sides. The design intentionally places a 10-meter tall multistem Chinese Hackberry at the roundabout to set the tone of a new journey. Visitors can naturally follow the walkway to explore the garden and return.

当访客步入廊架之后，便开始了步移景异的体验。轻纱背后，树影时晃，枝条载荣，吾在帘里，尔在帘外。而我们刻意打开之处，可以窥见庭院一角，达到“泄景”的效果。视觉感受穿梭变化，充满神秘。

The next journey starts after the visitors step on the walkway. Dark mesh, shimmering leaves, and sexy twigs, all of these create a mysterious vibe, where the opening spaces were carefully selected to review a certain part of the garden. The visual experience reveals an unexpected, instructive and meritorious feature.

点景的丛生铁冬青伫立在每一个庭院水景中，时而虚影梦幻，时而斜影漫漫。

The multi-stem Holly stands in every courtyard waterscape, sometimes with a dreamy shadow and sometimes with a long oblique shadow.

当晨曦徐徐拉开了帷幕，树影斑驳透过帷幔映射于网帘之上，自然的光线总会给人以无需多言的柔软与舒适感，静谧之意油然而生。

When the morning light slowly shines in, the mottled shadows of the trees are reflected on the net curtain through the curtain. The natural light always gives people a sense of softness and comfort without words, and the meaning of silence arises spontaneously.

轻纱背后，呢喃细语。这些具有渗透性的边界不仅提供了视觉上的多重体验，也提供了私密对话的场所。

Hiding behind the black mesh,
And whispering in one’s ear.
These boundaries not only offer a dynamic visual experience but also a relatively private meeting place.

草在结它的种子，
风在摇它的叶子。

在即将进入样板房庭院时，我们将视线打开，对景的庭院花园一览无余，蓬勃的绿意扑面而来。这里是山川湖海的缩影，是每个人心里都拥有的一个静谧角落。

Before entering the mockup room, there is a panorama view to appreciate the courtyard garden and immerse in the greeneries. At this moment, everyone can find a space to relate to their heart with the representation of mountains and oceans.

水景设计舍弃人工化的边界，从溪谷中汲取灵感，无界感使得场地成为了自然的延伸，柔和的过度亦是形成极致的视觉反差。

Instead of using the man-made water edge, the design draws inspiration from the natural valley to create a sense of freedom and extension from nature. As a result, the smooth transition creates the contrast.

绿化的围合加深了样板房庭院的私密感，从内部却可以获得连续不断的视野。砾石打造的休憩空间，可以让人全身心的放松，投入到谈话之中。

These landscape walls improve the privacy of the courtyard. The surprise comes from looking inside that can enjoy a continuous scene. Gravel-based social areas relax the mind and body for people to engage in connecting.

游览完样板房之后，在离园的动线上我们也融入了下沉空间，弧形切割顺应整体设计语言，结合深色卡座增加舒适感，吸引访客驻足，提供洽谈场所。

After the tour of the mock-up room, the design was also combined with a certain sunken area. The circular seating extended from the overall design language. Along with the dark cushion, people can feel a deeper sense of relaxation and calmness.

绿意绵延到离开场地的最后一步。

One can immerse and enjoy the greenery throughout the entire visit.

一草一木，
一纱一池，
定格在空间中，
诉说着无边无际的烟雨朦胧。

A grass, a wood.
A mesh, a pond
A pause for somebody’s mind
To wander around and narrate a story of misty rain.
