vivo深圳总部办公楼竞赛方案设计/墨照

作为科技公司的总部,vivo深圳办公楼应体现功能与形式的完美结合。设计希望创造与城市融合的公共开放大堂,展现企业的社会责任感和开放气质。同时,科技与自然融入建筑共享空间,让办公空间的利用更有效率和人性化。此外,办公空间也将融合校园气质,促进不同文化背景和不同部门之间的相互学习和交流。丰富的配套空间满足生活和文体的需求,工作将成为生活方式的另一种呈现。

As a headquarter of a technology company, the office building of vivo Shenzhen should be a perfect combination of function and form. The design hopes to create a public open hall merged with the city, showing the social responsibility and the open temperament of the company. Meanwhile, technology and nature are integrated into the shared space, making the office space more efficient and more humanized. What’s more, the office space will be integrated with campus temperament, promoting mutual learning and communication of different cultural backgrounds and departments. Various supporting facilities can satisfy the need for daily life and recreational and sports activities, and working becomes another way to demonstrate lifestyles.

项目基地位于深圳市宝安区都市绿环内,处于城市规划形象面轴线交接处,形象展示比较突出。基地东北面为主要的商业氛围轴,为基地带来连续的商业界面。

The site of the project is located in the green ring of Bao’an District, Shenzhen and it’s at the intersection of the axis of urban planning images, so the image display is very prominent. The northeast of the site is the main commercial axis, which brings the continuous commercial interface to the site.

东西面紧邻两条主要道路,裕安一路和海秀路,均为双向八车道,南侧则是规划中的两车道道路和滨海公寓,景观视野十分优越。另外,规划条件是容积率为12,限高150m,覆盖率55%。建筑体量因此而庞大,并且有严格的高度与面宽的比例限制,如何让建筑更和谐地融入城市环境是设计一大难点。

Next to the east and west side are the two main roads, Yu’an Yi Road and Haixiu Road, and they are two-way eight-lane roads. In the south, there will be two-lane roads and coastal apartments which are in planning, and there is also good view and sight. In addition, the plot ratio is 12, the height limit is 150m, and the coverage is 55%. These make the building volume huge. Strict height to width ratio limit and how to merge the building with the city environment are the main difficulties of the design.

为了让建筑与城市空间相融合,主要车行出入口设置在两条主干道上,建筑体量也紧邻这两条路,保持在城市的形象展示面,同时朝滨海公园拉长体块,使景观面尽可能增大。

In order to integrate the building with the urban space, the main vehicle entrance and exit are set on two main roads, and the building volume is adjacent to the two roads, making the building’s image shown to the city. At the same time, on the side facing the seaside, the block is extended, broadening the landscape side as much as possible.

建筑东西两侧通过退台错位缓解视觉上巨大体量带来的的压迫感,形成空间的渗透关系,并在西侧形成了办公入口场所空间。

The east and west sides are setbacks and dislocations which can relieve the pressure brought by the huge volume, forming the relationship of space infiltration and creating an entrance of office in the west.

屋顶会所和底层配套功能通过公共共享空间串联,形成连续的空间体系,增加建筑的整体感,公共空间面朝滨海公园,景观视野极佳。

The club on the top and the supporting programs on the ground floor form a continuous system of space by connecting public shared spaces, which can increase the overall sense of the building. The shared spaces are face to the seashore park thus the scenic view is fantastic.

公共空间通过错位,呼应整体造型,增加空间趣味性,使公共空间与整体造型互相融合,并与南面城市公共绿化空间互相渗透。

The shared spaces echoes the overall shape through dislocation, increasing the interest of the space, making the shared space integrate with the shape and infiltrating the building to the urban green space in the south.

功能方面,底层由低到高依次为商业、公共会客及办公配套,上部均为办公,穿插少量餐饮、会议、会所功能。

In terms of programs, bottom layers from low to high are business, shared reception room and supporting of office. The top layers are offices interspersed with catering, conference and club programs.

中低区公共空间有3-5层的通高空间,通过错位和楼梯联系,并与室内外绿化空间结合,增加了上下层办公人员的交流,优化办公环境,提高办公效率。

Shared spaces in the bottom have three to five layers height space connected by dislocation and stairs and are combined with indoor and outdoor green spaces, promoting the communication between staff on the top and bottom, optimizing the office environment, and improving working efficiency.

高区公共空间处于建筑最高区域,拥有最好的景观视野,通过两个体块退台,形成四层通高空间,创造了与中低办公区不一样的公共空间效果,并与周边场所的关系更加呼应。

The shared spaces on the top are located in the highest area of the building where the scenic views are the best. The setbacks of the two blocks form a four-floor-height space, creating a shared space that is different from the bottom office area and responding to the surrounding place more.

办公平面的核心筒往北侧偏心,为南侧带来大进深的开放办公空间,使景观界面利用最大化,还植入包括茶水间和休息间在内的公共共享空间,与开放办公互相融合,增加空间趣味性。北侧则布置会议区。

The core tube is eccentric to the north, which brings a deep open office space to the south, maximizing the utilization of the landscape interface. Shared space including a tea room and a lounge is implanted in it, and it’s merged with the open office space, adding the interest of the space. The meeting room area is in the north of the plan.

首层大堂功能主要由配套商业、大堂和VIVO旗舰店组成,大堂是开放的、可穿越的公共城市空间,它连接着东边和西边的城市道路以及南面的城市公园。明亮通透的大堂界面使城市公园与室内空间融为一体。

The programs of the first-floor lobby mainly include supporting commerce, hall and a vivo flagship store. The lobby is an open public urban space that can be crossed, linking the urban roads in the east and west and the parkin the south. The bright and transparent lobby interface integrates the city park with the interior space.

顶层会所的中间区域设置了两个不同大小的景观庭院,与会所内部空间互相渗透,提供了内向型空中花园景观空间。结合景观庭院设置了十字形内部通道,利用庭院布置共享空间、餐厅包间和红酒吧。

Two different sizes of landscaped courtyards are placed in the center area of the top-floor club, merging with the interior space of the club and the courtyards provide landscape space of introverted sky garden. A cross-shaped internal aisle is set combined with the courtyards and the design uses the courtyards for setting shared space, private rooms of the catering and a red wine bar.

建筑通过体块错位形成退台景观和室外小平台,退台设置木地板和景观花园,同时在不同标高提供了绝佳的景观平台,错位小平台则提供了内凹型小尺度景观平台,与室内共享空间互相融合。屋顶会所通过设置内向型景观庭院,融合水景和庭院花园,为室内提供宜人的景观空间。

The building forms setbacks views and small outdoor terraces by dislocation. The setbacks with wooden floor and landscaped gardens provide excellent landscape platforms of different heights. The small outdoor terraces provide an indent landscape platform of small size, and they merge with the indoor shared spaces. The club on the top provides a pleasant landscape space for the interior through setting up an introverted landscaped courtyard, integrating the water scene with the courtyard garden.
