东昌小学是2019年受深圳罗湖区人民政府邀请参加的竞赛项目。我们希望让在校的同学们体会到更多的“可能性”, 在他们这个年纪里,探索和创造是需要一直被鼓励和保护的。我们一直尝试创造更多非传统的空间体验以及强化学校的社会属性,创造更多同学们的沟通空间。

WE TRYING TO EXPOSE THE CONCEPT OF”POSSIBILITIES” TO YOUNG STUDENTS, WHO SHALL BE ENGOURAGED TO MORE CREATIVE AND EXPLORATORY AT THEIR AGE. WE TRYING TO MAGNIFY THE SOCIAL FUCTION OF THE SCHOOL, CREAT MORE UNCONVENTIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR COMMUNICATION.

受到巴勃罗毕加索中晚期作品及理论的启发,如卡思维勒像。我们深信在以传统和通常的方式解读和观察这个世界的同时有更多的其他的方式。这些突破固有模式的思维值得被保护和记录,尤其是对于有更多潜力发现世界不同面的小学生来说。

Inspired by the way Pablo Picasso work in his later stage, such as the <Portrait of Daniel-Henry Kahnweiler>, we are convinced there are several ways to interpret our daily life and what we though as conventional. These possibilities shall be protected especially for kids who have more potential than us to discover a more colorful world.

我们将原有建筑外立面改为白色饰面砖,同时将主要流线部分修改为红色涂料,主入口墙面可作为学校或者学生的作品展示,入口的拱门给整个学校的通道赋予了一种仪式感。

We renovated the exisiting building facade to white tile, and the main circuation axis as red paint, the entry wall could be a exxhibition wall for school and student. The Arch entry gives the school path a elegant feel.

天花布置的镜面铝板可以反射下面孩子的活动,为空间增加更多趣味,夜间铝板背面打出灯光,柔和灯光曲线的间接照亮整个空间

Curve mirror finish aluminium panel on ceiling reflects the activity of kids below, creats more fun within one single space. The back of the panel light up the whole space at night.

餐厅顶部的一个彩虹色谱装置为整个空间增添了丰富的柔和色彩感受。

A installation of rainbow light lights up in the top of restaurant, gives the space a gentle tone of colorfule spectrum.

色谱装置内部配置有灯带,光线充足时直接反射阳光形成反射的色谱光线,阳光微弱或阴天时内部灯带发光产生色谱。

Spectrum installation reflects sunlight during sunny day and the light within lights up during foggy day.

教室门上设置了曲线的开口,将亮子,成人视线和儿童视线三种需求统一满足

On classroom door there is a curve opening, offers a view for both student and grown ups, also the top window is integrated.

南向外立面的规则开窗为教室空间形成了均匀的自然采光

Regular openings on facade gives the classrrom a rhythmic and gentle natrual lighting

走廊曲面墙体可以作为学生绘画作品展示,墙体上半部分为毛毡,起到吸音效果,下面1200 高度为釉面砖,保护墙体,天花依然设置了镜面灯来增加空间亮度以及趣味感。

Curved wall could be used as exhibition space for kids, the upper wall is felt to acquire acoustic effect while the lower 1200 is ceramic tile to protect wall. There are also mirror light on Ceiling.

4 层5 层通过一个中央通高空间连接,他将楼上的艺术创意空间与楼下的科学技术空间联系起来,创造了开敞通透的空间体验,同时楼下设置了一个小舞台,供更多活动使用。

4th and 5th floor are connected with a center double height space, it connects the art above with the science below, create a great open space experience. With a small stage below, many activities could happen here.

2 层3 层外立面采用半透明窗,使内部空间更专注内聚,而3 层和4 层空间采用更透明的外立面玻璃,使内外都感受到开放丰富的空间体验。

3rd and 2nd floor are using translucent glass to make the interior more internal, while the upper 4th and 5th floor are using transparent glass to create a more open space experience both from in and out

空间的可能性
THE POSSIBILITY OF SPACE

以教室为例,我们将传统教学空间与附属空间分离开,例如储藏和活动空间等。同时我们将附属空间与每层楼的公共空间连接,将该附属空间变成公共空间的一部分,同时他又隶属于该教学空间,附属空间和教学空间之间用灵活的隔断进行划分,当该隔断打开的时候,一个具有更多可能性的空间就代替了原有的教学空间。

Take classroom as expample, we seperate the maine teahing function and accessory function such as storage and public activities. Connecting the accessory function with main pubic realm of the level, this accessory area become part of the public realm as well as the living room of the class. There is a flexible division between teaching area and the class living room, when it opens, a more flexible and interesting multifunction space reaplace the normal teaching space.

For each space, we try to explore the possible possibility in the future and current, to acquire both interior and exterior space possibility.

THE POSSIBILITY OF SPACE – STACK OF PROGRAM
空间可能性 – 功能叠加

根据空间流线以及功能布局去安排布置各个功能体块,并且对他们进行组合,开放和公共的空间放置在底层,中间是教育和附属空间,上层是创造和活动区域。

Arrange the program blocks and stack them according to program allocation and circulation. Open and more public space in the lower area, education and BOH space in the middle and Activity and creative space in the upper floor.

正负空间
THE YIN-YANG SPACE

YIN
正是正空间的存在创造了负空间,两者之间的灵活空间以及交流空间,可以作为两者任何一方来使用,一方面可用作交通空间,同时也可作为未来的展示,活动甚至教学空间的一部分。

The Yin space is created from the exisitng of Yang space, so the small gap spaces created in between could be both program, it could surve as circulation as well as education and exhibition or activity space.

YANG
为创造出有趣方便的负空间,对正空间进行排布和组合,在创造负空间的同时,他也为自己未来的扩展和变化预留了可能性。

The Yang space is arranged to form a quality and interesting Yin space, while creating the other type of space, it actually give itself more possibility to extend and change in the future.

光谱色彩
SPECTRUM

儿童通过物理层面的反应会对你不同颜色产生感情反馈,光线进入大脑下丘脑,而下丘脑正是控制神经系统,心率和呼吸,不同波长和能量的颜色光线对儿童产生不同的影响。

Children reacts to colors on a physical level, The explanation behind this is the light enters the Hypothalamus which controls the nerve centers, as well as the heart rate and respiration, the wavelength and energy of each color varies and affects children differently.

当我们将整栋楼作为整体来考虑时,颜色在竖向的变化依然和每层空间功能布置有不可分离的关系,顶部艺术空间为暖色调,科学和技术层更冷色调和平静,教育层更温柔并且刺激注意力,下部开放公共空间为暖色调,欢迎公共活动的发生。

When we review the building as a whole, the art section above is more birght and warm, the technical and science level is cool and calm, while the education level is stable and gentle, at the bottom, the public activity space is warm and welcome.

我们同时在每层地面也使用了色谱的概念,浅色PVC地面每一层创造出不同的感受增强。

We also apply the spectrum to floor color of each floor, a light color PVC floor creates different feeling each floor.

环形流线
CIRCULAR ROUTE

与现状教学楼中交通流线在内部,方向简单,没有停留感相比,我们将功能空间放在平面的中心区域,交通流线环绕功能布置,增加了流线的多样性并且创造了很多的活动点,丰富了对学校公共区域的体验。

Compare to the existing teaching building which has internal circulation, single direction and not encoraging any social acitvities, we centralize the function area and circulate around these program, In the meantime, we create multiple social points to encourage students to communicate.

原有建筑的流线是内向环形的,因此我们在新楼中创造了一种相反的流线,外部的环绕流线,开放并且有趣的公共流线

The existing building have a inward circulation , so we proposed a invert circulation in the new building, a circular route in the outter area.

教育综合体
EDUCATION COMPLEX

周一到周日,早上到晚上,教育综合体以不同的形式运转,功能的布局使人流和时间控制变得异常简单。

From Monday to Sunday, morning to evening, the building orperates in different way, the program allocation make the time and crowd control easy.
