沈阳，别称盛京、奉天，素有“一朝发祥地，两代帝王都”之称。作为辽宁省会，这里是中国最重要的以装备制造业为主的重工业基地，也是东北亚的地理中心。

Shenyang, also known as Shengjing, Fengtian, known as “the birthplace of one dynasty and the capital of two dynasties”. As the capital of Liaoning province, it is also the geographical center of northeast Asia. It is the most important heavy industry base of equipment manufacturing industry in China.

【优势】
— Strength —

基地三面环湖，生态资源优渥；临近多所高校，人文气息浓厚，周边人群素质较高；交通、商业、医疗等配套设施完善，未来发展潜力无限。

The base is surrounded by lakes on three sides and boasts excellent ecological resources. The local block is close to many colleges and universities, with a strong cultural atmosphere, high quality of the crowd, complete transportation, commercial and medical facilities, and has unlimited development potential in the future.

【劣势】
— Weakness —

地块临近河道，设计需考虑河水汛期影响以及排水走向，且周边一般居民区整体品质不高，环境相对嘈杂，项目为打造五星级体验酒店或将受到影响。

The plot is close to the river, so the design should consider the influence of flood season and drainage trend. Besides, the surrounding area is a general residential area with low overall quality and relatively noisy environment. The goal of creating a five-star experience hotel may be affected.

【机会】
— Opportunity —

目前整个沈阳缺少对标本案级别的酒店别墅项目，此类产业需求尚处于蓝海，且附近已有汇置楼盘，借助品牌联动能够快速实现效益共振。

At present, there is no hotel villa area in Shenyang with the same level of positioning as this case, and the demand of this kind of industry is still in the unknown market space,and there are same brand developer projects nearby, with the brand linkage can quickly achieve benefit resonance.

周边楼盘较多，开发主体需要整合多方资源实现本项目在区域中快速脱颖而出。

There are many buildings around, the developer needs to integrate multiple resources to make this project stand out from the rest of the region.

项目愿景旨在打造沈阳首个整体园区抬高5米的梯田式、”720°” 观景的五星级宽幕酒店别墅社区。在现有条件下如何实现这一愿景？设计团队认为要想提升整个项目调性与体验感，酒店选址至关重要！

The project’s vision is to create the first terrace style 720 ° panoramic forest view and five-star hotel villa community in Shenyang with an overall park elevation of 5 meters. How to accomplish this task underthe current conditions? The design team believes that the location of the hotelis crucial to enhance the overall tone and experience of the project.

基地三面环绕人杰湖，东北角拥有极好景观视野，且此区域拥有湿地公园，将酒店选址于此，充分利用了现有资源。

The site is surrounded by Renjie lake on three sides, with excellent landscape views in the northeast corner and wetland park in this area. The hotel is located here to make full use of existing resources.

同时根据用地规划条件中建筑不超过30米的要求，酒店与别墅应当尽量减少遮挡与相互影响，由此推演酒店形态。

According to the land planning conditions, the building should not exceed 30 meters, the hotel and villa should try to reduce the shielding and mutual influence, thus deducing the form of the hotel.

项目自然资源优渥，设计的核心策略是将自然融入设计，创造具有私密性的以“垂直森林”为主题的生态酒店，多级露台和空中花园出现在酒店各个层次中，将绿色注入建筑，形成丰富的外立面，唤醒所有人的感官体验。

The natural resources of the project are excellent, and the core strategy of the design is to integrate nature into the design, creating an ecological hotel with the theme of “vertical forest” with privacy. Multi-level terraces and hanging gardens appear at all levels of the hotel, injecting green into the building to form a rich facade that evokes the sensory experience.

垂直森林顾名思义就是将森林与竖向建筑相结合，为建筑覆上绿色植物。酒店露台种满小型灌木植物，分布于各层的酒店房间都可享受到私人、半公共或公共的户外绿地。同时这些植物还可以吸收噪音和空气污染，有效缓解城市热岛效应。

Vertical forest is the combination of forest and vertical buildings, buildings covered with green plants. The hotel terrace is filled with small shrubs and is distributed throughout the hotel rooms on all levels, allowing guests to enjoy private, semi-public or public outdoor green spaces.The plants also absorb noise and air pollution, effectively mitigating the urban heat island effect.

合理的功能分区有助于促进空间的高效利用，并且提升客户的居住体验感。

Reasonable function partition is helpful to promote the efficient use of the space and enhance the customer’s living experience.

层级丰富的垂直森林不仅为游客创造了舒适、内向的住宿体验，同时为植物的生长创造了空间，在立面交替中享受自然带来的愉悦。

The layered vertical forest not only creates a comfortable, introverted lodging experience for visitors, but also creates space for plants to grow. The alternating facade allows people to enjoy the pleasure brought by nature.
