项目坐落于广东省汕头市区——东海岸新津片区，周边景观资源优质，场地东南面是一线外海海景，北面是津湾河、东面是新津相邻东海岸公园。新开发城市片区配套优越，为豪宅地段。这里记载了潮汕的时光映像，本地传统文化传承有序，文化底蕴厚重。

270°观江，270°观海，毗邻40万平米公园。迎江面海，环绕其中的格局，风水上叫做玉带环腰，寓意丁财双旺。“豪宅，更讲究天时地利人和”，作为新津最后一块瞰海邻公园的景观地王，天时地利已经是东海岸最好的了，而中海以高端豪宅产品系定位，按照最高标准配置，打造汕头壹号作品。

The project is located in the east coast of Xinjin District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. The surrounding landscape resources are of high quality. The southeast of the site is a line of sea views, the north is Jinwan River, and the east coast park adjacent to Xinjin is in the east.

项目主入口空间纵向深入尺度有限，横向狭长。60米超尺度入口界面，扩展主入口尺度，酒店式的泊客体验与整体化的展开式台阶，形成一个极具力量感与度假酒店感的统一有机界面。两棵迎客松盎然屹立，成为界面里视觉的焦点，与建筑前呼后应，无不彰显现代居所的品质感与仪式感。气派震撼的视觉享受带来尊享贴心的归家体验。

The longitudinal depth of the main entrance space of the project is limited, and the horizontal is narrow and long. The 60-meter super-scale entrance interface extends the scale of the main entrance. The hotel-like parking experience and the integrated expansion steps form a unified organic interface with a strong sense of power and a sense of resort hotel. The two welcoming pines stand tall and become the visual focus in the interface. They correspond with the architecture, all of which highlight the sense of quality and ceremony of modern residence. ▲稳重的肌理石材，在尊贵与艺术间巧妙平衡

大门面向津湾公园，大门所向无遮挡，风水上叫做明堂，宽广明亮可以纳气聚财，风水上财⽓⼀脉贯通，积资成富的格局；门口设置聚宝盆水景，流动小喷泉，得水为上，有藏风纳气之灵妙。

The gate faces the Jin Bay park, the gate has no shelter, feng shui is called Ming Tang, broad and bright can be filled with gas, feng shui is called a vein of wealth through, the accumulation of money into a rich pattern; The Cornucan water scene is set up at the door, and the small flowing fountain makes the water as the top.

360°全方位的观景水庭，私享贴心的社区配套精致叠水与静水面的完美呈现。茶室空间内外渗透、相得益彰点景树的纵向延伸，连接上下空间艺术性的现代设计手法。

The 360° all-round view water court, private intimate community supporting delicate overlapping water and static water perfectly presents the longitudinal extension of the interior and exterior penetration of the teahouse space complementing each other, connecting the upper and lower space with artistic modern design techniques.

中间为下沉式庭院，整体格局融合潮汕建筑特色四点金打造，俗语说“潮州大厝皇宫起”、“京华帝王府，潮汕百姓家”, 四点金住宅可以说是民间的“皇宫厝”大富大贵之家所住。

The middle part is a sunken courtyard, and the overall pattern is built by integrating Chaoshan architectural characteristics with four gold points. As the saying goes, “Chaozhou Grand Mansion starts from the imperial palace”, “Jinghua Imperial Mansion is the home of Chaoshan people”, and the four gold points residence can be said to be the home of the folk “imperial palace residence”.

精选百年罗汉松常年青翠，英姿挺拔。正气长存，气势磅礴，拥有非凡的力量，可以保家护宅，象征着平安吉祥，长寿安康，事事顺利。

Selected 100 year old Arhat Pine is evergreen and upright. It is a symbol of peace, auspiciousness, longevity, well-being and smooth seasons.

▲碧水松立，庭内悠然

“一静水，一绿树，一天光”的幽静意境，静水倒映天空美景，就像宋代朱熹诗里所描述的 “半亩方塘一鉴开，天光云影共徘徊”的意境。

The quiet artistic conception of “a still water, a green tree and a day light” reflects the beauty of the sky, just like the artistic conception described in Zhu Xi’s poems of the Song Dynasty that “once the half acre square pond is opened, the sky light and clouds hover together”.

遵循自然法则，以人的需求为本打造有温度的社区，建造以平衡的姿态出现在人们眼前，建筑之于空间，是精神与情感的寄托所在；建筑之于人，是回归自然、融入城市、拥抱未来生活的最佳载体。打破与发现生活，以现代表现手法构建既满足都市人审美需求意向又符合当代居住哲学的生活美学居所，营造出极具生活美学感的人居环境。

▲轻氧花园绿意蔓延

郁郁葱葱的树木蜿蜒而上，将场地与外界相融，婆娑树梢交织光影，夜幕低垂之时，灯光如点点繁星，点缀寂静的夜晚，引倦人归家。

The lush trees meander up, blending the site with the outside world, and the treetops intertwine light and shadow. When the night falls, the lights, like a few stars, adorn the silent night, inviting people to return home.

浅色园路与绿林相称，局部点缀精致的植物群落，作为自然风景的笔触，中央的景致尽显现代空间之美学。把握感知置于无垠的空间中，景观、光影、材质有机结合，通透生活本源。

The light-colored garden road is commensurate with the green forest, and the plant community is embellished locally. As the brush brush of the natural scenery, the central landscape fully displays the aesthetics of modern space. The organic combination of landscape, light and shadow and material can make the source of life transparent.

冷调的肌理与精致的logo构建花镜交互场景，邻里往来是日常演绎的生活胶卷，在每一个场景中展示生活美学，从单一到多元塑造林下氧气花园的私域一角呈现生活中的小剧场。

The cold texture and exquisite loge construct the interactive scene of the flower mirror, and the neighborhood exchanges are the film of daily life. The aesthetics of life are displayed in every scene, and the private corner of the oxygen garden under the forest is shaped from single to multiple, presenting the small theater of life.

在纵横相间的花园里，一呼一吸间感受森氧温度的蔓延，采用简约明亮的线条勾勒，简洁又不失高级感，让心灵得到放松回归最初的宁静，与自然相互依存，相生相荣。

In the crisscrossing garden, you can feel the spread of oxygen temperature between one breath and one breath. Simple and bright lines are used to outline, concise and without loss of senior sense, so that the mind can be relaxed and return to the original tranquility, interdependent with nature and mutually prosperous.

既作为一个展示空间，又能成为人们的一处活动空间。以其灵动的气质吸引人们走进这个由光与影构成的世界，巧妙的解构与一片浓荫绿碧，令整个场地充满蓬勃的生命力，体验到空间与自然结合下的深层链接，完成时间与空间的统一。摇曳的姿态中，窥见日常生活流动的本真，将大地剧场拉开了新的篇章。

Not only as a display space, but also as an activity space for people. It attracts people to walk into this world composed of light and shadow with its clever temperament. The ingenious deconstruction and a shade of green make the whole site full of vigorous vitality, and experience the deep link under the combination of space and nature, completing the unity of time and space. It opens a new chapter of the Earth Theater by revealing the flowing truth of daily life through its swaying gestures.
