CHAPTER 1
踱步/ 千年文脉

本案位于宁波鄞州区，漫步华著景致，踱步史前的河姆渡文化，设计沿着千年文脉线索，衍生当代城市的人居典范，将水元素大量运用于空间，以现代艺术语言直抒胸臆，体现了沿水而居的江文化与邻里的人居尺度。

This project is located in Yinzhou District, Ningbo, walking here, feeling the culture of Hemudu, is a contemporary urban model of living, the water element is used in a large number of space, with the language of modern art to express the heart, reflects the river culture living along the water. With modern artistic language to express the heart, embodies the river culture living along the water.

秉持简洁大气，自然活力的设计原则，并在设计中添加多元化艺术元素，营造尊崇独享的进阶体验式景观空间。整体布局严整开朗、井然礼序，以尊崇之美传递空间价值，“一心、两轴、四节点”的景观体系让空间更多元化。

Uphold the design principle of simplicity, atmosphere and natural vitality, and add artistic elements to create an exclusive and advanced experience. The overall layout is neat, cheerful and orderly. The landscape system of “one heart, two axes and four nodes” makes the space more diversified.

“一心”即小区南北两轴交汇形成中心的碧波水景区，主要围绕特色水景、休闲区来营造。“两轴”即小区的中心景观轴，中心景观轴通过前广场、阳光草坪区、沿河主题休闲活动带、邻里交流区，融合纵向景观轴贯穿全地块，使社区景观与建筑完美融合。

“One heart” refers to the central water scenic area formed by the intersection of the north and south axes, which is mainly built around the characteristic waterscape and leisure area. “Two axes” is the central landscape axis of the community, including the front square, the river-themed leisure activity zone and the neighborhood communication area. The longitudinal landscape axis runs through the whole plot, making the landscape and architecture perfectly integrated.

CHAPTER 2
镌刻/生活温度

立面切合时代审美，强调简洁挺拔的线条张弛有度，赋有层次感的空间既是视觉的冲击也是时代的碰撞，多季向多色彩的种植搭配，为居者打造精致的立体生活画面。

Emphasize concise and straight, the lines are relaxed and relaxed, the space endowed with a sense of hierarchy is both visual impact and the collision of times, to create a delicate three-dimensional picture for the residents.

CHAPTER 3
淡品/碧波水月

一汪镜水只待月影来，阳光下波光粼粼的水面，宛如落入碧湾的一颗珍珠熠熠生辉，夜晚水中倒月点亮整个区域内的活力生机。

The water only waits for the shadow of the moon. The sparkling water under the sun is like a pearl falling into the Biwan. At night, the moon in the water lights up the vitality and vitality of the whole area.

节点位于中轴景观区，中心的白色雕塑现纯净之境，与围合的绿植将水景核心气质强化延伸。水光熠熠，依稀的阳光透过洒在水面上，静谧中透露生机。

The node is located in the central axis landscape area, and the central sculpture and enclosed green plants strengthen and extend the core temperament of the waterscape. The water is shining, faintly sunlight shines on the surface of the water, revealing vitality in silence.

下沉式休闲区景观创造了更多空间维度的可能性，也增加居者最大可能连接自然。通透的空间是心灵沉静的享受，此时喧嚣早已退隐身后，听流水潺潺，赏蝴蝶花间飞舞，沉浸于金地华著笔下的自然花园。

CHAPTER 4
延伸/情感轨迹

墙体与格栅间，随光影律动，转换虚实时空意境…风雨两廊串联多处景观，实现引导与休憩的功能，让生活容纳岁月，一泓池水，绿植掩映，路径折而有趣。

Between the wall and the grid, with the rhythm of light and shadow, transform the virtual and real space-time artistic conception… The wind and rain corridor connects multiple landscapes to realize the function of guidance and rest. The pool water, green plants, and the path are folding and interesting.

软装落客提升归属感，闲暇之时来到怡景交融的休憩之地，邻里之间相谈甚欢，如莺歌婉转令人心旷神怡，成为邻里生活容器。

CHAPTER 5
互动/绿海融春

一片绿海在阳光下融合春意折射出闪闪星光，供人踏青嬉戏，吸引着居者以最舒适的方式展开与自然的对话，有机统和自然与人文关系，打造一个具有生活温度的社区场景。

Wind and rain corridors connect multiple landscapes to realize the function of guidance and rest, allowing life to accommodate years. A green sea integrates spring in the sun and reflects sparkling stars for people to go for a walk and play, attracting residents to open a dialogue with nature in the most comfortable way.

CHAPTER 6
立面/生活尺度

设计为屋顶“披星戴月”，打造郁郁葱葱的休憩场所，成就一方隐逸桃源。屋顶花园柔化了建筑的现代立面，同时可减缓热岛效应。自然与人居互相延伸，更彰显出一种崇尚自然的原生态生活方式。

The design for the roof “wear the moon and the stars”, to create a lush place of rest, the achievement of a secluded retreat. The roof garden softens the building’s modern facade while mitigating the heat island effect. Nature and human settlements extend each other, which shows a kind of original ecological life style that advocates nature.

CHAPTER 7
筑梦/童趣世界

主题基调围绕亲子互动，增加了整个场地的个性与特色，场所通过滑梯、攀爬网、运动器材等互动设施，给孩子以沉浸式娱乐体验，释放童年天性，周边铺设休息区成为家长陪护和休憩空间。

The theme is centered around the pirate ship, which increases the personality and characteristics of the whole site. Through interactive facilities such as slides, climbing nets, and rudder, the site provides immersive entertainment experience for children to release their childhood nature. The surrounding area is laid as a rest area for parents to accompany and rest.
