A Residence of Soul, A Lifestyle of Moderateness.
Evolution is an eternal flame and an unquenchable light, just like our pursuit of an ideal life. Biological evolution has created diversity and prosperity, whilst design evolution has broken the shackles and created unlimited possibilities.

本案携方山独有的纯粹与灵气，将自然融入生活，于山外感知自然之间的诗意；契合泊心居所、有度生活的生活理念，打造傍山而居，安心宁静的景观意境，引领当代人居环境的进化与迭代，创造具有“进化”精神的未来式“DNA社区”。

The project incorporates nature into life based on the unique purity and reiki of Mount Fang, and perceives the poetic flavor of nature outside the Mountain; in line with the life philosophy of “A Residence of Soul, A Lifestyle of Moderateness”, we will create a peaceful and tranquil landscape, lead the evolution and iteration of contemporary human settlements, and create a future “DNA community” with the spirit of “evolution”.

阳伞选取莫兰迪绿为主要色系，使景观与商业街更好的融合，外摆桌采用哑光不锈钢底座搭配深灰岩板桌面，实现人工与自然的有机融合。

Morandi green is selected as the main color system for beach umbrellas to better integrate the landscape and the business street. Outdoor tables consist of a brush finished stainless steel pedestal and a dull grey sintered stone tabletop to achieve the organic integration of man and nature.

空间上，商业街景观分为五大主题空间：社区展示空间、“泊心”互动花园空间、大区入口展示空间、“有度”生活花园空间与“中和”疗愈康养空间。其中，“泊心”互动花园空间呈现于样板房前的窗景，结合三间样板房及两处看房通道的窗景营造五大主题：方寸之间、泊心澄观、遇其方山、无尽之境、万物其间。五大主题结合“泊心有度”的理念，让景致徐徐展开，勾勒出充满方山之诗意的非凡意境。

In terms of space, the business street landscape is divided into five themed spaces: community exhibition space, “Soul Habitat” interactive garden, exhibition space at the gate of the Community, “Moderate” living garden and “Neutral” healing & health care space. Notably, the window scenery presented in the front of model houses in the “Soul Habitat” interactive garden will create five themes in combination of three model houses and two apartment viewing passages: A Small World, Inner Peace, Meeting Mount Fang, Endless Realm, All Embracing. The five themes, combined with the concept of “a Moderate Soul Habitat”, unveil the scenery gently and outline an extraordinary artistic conception full of the poetic flavor of Mount Fang.

A SMALL WORLD
方 寸 之 间

一寸见方，意指泊心。“方寸之间”作为通道起始对景，预示着禅之意境的悄然开启。室内外方山玄武石形成呼应，共同彰显场地文脉。

The small world aims to provide a habitat for soul. As the starting scenery corresponding to the passages, “A Small World” indicates the quiet start of the artistic conception of Zen. Basalt from Mount Fang that are placed both indoor and outdoor echoes to highlight the site context.

各色花镜由此起始：“主题植物”细叶芒，肾蕨、龟甲冬青球，搭配迷迭香、鼠尾草、大吴风草和玉簪，展开茵茵山林般的缤纷景致。

Flower borders start from this: “theme plants” such as miscanthus, tuber fern, ilex crenata cv.convexa, together with rosemary, sage, farfugium japonicum and hosta plantaginea, present scenery in riotous profusion, just like a lush mountain forest.

INNER PEACE
泊 心 澄 观

初探水景，安心宁静。水景的出现为访客带来修心养性般的静谧氛围，静水与涌泉交相辉映，诉说着动与静的辩证。建筑的倒影映于水面，空间感由此延伸。远处方山和近景的山石形相映成趣，园区景观灯采用简约的折线线框设计，在花镜中若隐若现，为场地增添品质之感。

An initial exploration of waterscape gives you peace of mind. The appearance of waterscape brings a tranquil atmosphere of self-cultivation to visitors. The still water and the bubbling spring complement each other, telling the dialectic of motion and stillness. Buildings are reflected on the water surface, extending a sense of space. Mount Fang in the distance and the stone shape in the close view form an interesting contrast. Landscape lamps in the park are designed with a simple broken line wireframe, looming in the flower borders to add a sense of quality for the site.

花园组团错落而丰富，芙蓉菊、蓝雪花、马缨丹、荷兰菊等争相绽放，衬托着水的澄澈纯粹。景墙上嵌有“泊心于旷达泊心于宽容”字样，呼应主题，于细节之处提升品质感。

The garden clusters are scattered and abundant. Crossostephium chinense, plumbago auriculata, lantana, Aster novi-belgii and other flowers compete to bloom, setting off the clarity and purity of water. The words “Keeping Your Soul Free and Tolerant” are embedded on the wall to echo the theme, enhancing a sense of quality in details.

MEETING MOUNT FANG
遇 其 方 山

近景水面，远景方山，山水之间，更显纯粹。场景的更迭是情绪的转换，此地的山石之境与方山之景浑然结合，为场地营造独有灵气，为访客带来静心体验。

The close view of water surface and the remote view of Mount Fang demonstrate a further sense of purity between hills and waters. The change of scenes is a change of moods. The scene of hillstones and the landscape of Mount Fang are perfectly combined to create a unique reiki for the site and bring an ataraxia experience to visitors.

涟漪，一种极具禅意的自然景观。“涟漪石境”中的荡漾微波，延绵扩散，为静谧景致中平添一抹动态之感。静水之中，三块大小各异的黑山石组合，搭配互动涟漪，共同塑造宁谧静心的一隅。

Ripples are a kind of natural landscape full of Zen. Minor ripples in the “Ripple Stone Realm” spread continuously, adding a dynamic sense to the quiet scene. In the still water, three black stones of different sizes are combined with interactive ripples to create a quiet and tranquil corner.

黑山石侧面采用打磨抛光金属面配合不锈钢立体字，用诗句续写着遇见方山的悠然心境。

On the side of the black stones, the polished metal surface and the stainless steel three-dimensional characters are used to describe the leisurely mood of meeting Mount Fang in poetry.

ENDLESS REALM
无 尽 之 境

移步异景，别有韵味。踱步进入“无尽之境”，丰富独特的花境组团呈现出景观对自然的理解和思考；远处的金属板结合主题logo进行的细节刻画，彰显着精致细节。

Moving to different scenes arouses a special charm. When people walk into “Endless Realm”, the abundant and unique flower border clusters present the understanding and reflection on nature in the landscape. The metal plates in the distance, together the specific depiction of the theme logo, highlights the exquisite details.

ALL EMBRACING
万 物 其 间

山是宁静的居所，依山就势，取其形胜，万物都在其间。

作为“泊心”主题的尽端，用丰富的绿化组团收尾，花境中露出的山石在收束中强化主题，让访客再次感知属于山的别样诗意。结合吧台增加主题LOGO细节，进一步强化主题。

The mountain is a quiet place to live. Hills Scenery is set into a hillside, embracing all things.

As the end of the theme “Soul Habitat”, abundant greenery clusters will be used for closeout. The hillstones exposed in the flower borders strengthen the theme in the end, so that visitors can once again feel a different poetic flavor from mountains. Theme LOGO details are added in combination with the bar to further highlight the theme.

A LIFESTYLE OF MODERATENESS
有 度 生 活

在“有度”生活花园空间，结合展示业态设置户外轻餐吧台与休憩场所，创造一个无边界，无限自由，无限可能的花园商业空间，营造商业气息。吧台采用现代设计手法，悬浮LOGO体量更显轻盈。序列地灯延续场地肌理，为夜景点缀一抹轻奢气息。

In the “moderate” living garden, the outdoor light food bar and the open spaces are according to exhibited business forms, create a boundless garden-like commercial space with endless freedom and possibilities, developing a commercial atmosphere. The bar adopts modern design techniques, and the suspended LOGO is much lighter. Floor lamps continue the texture of the site in sequence, embellishing the night scene with a touch of luxury.

隐匿于植被间的黑山石诠释着自然的诗意。龟甲冬青、亚麻、木贼、夏威夷、象耳芋、细叶兰等植物组合成的精致花镜烘托着自然氛围，也提升了设计温度，让场所充满浪漫情愫与勃勃生机，在林荫下、花海中感受有度生活。方山主题草坪灯为场景增添细腻，座凳侧面同样嵌有主题相关的诗句。景墙的字体采用悬浮螺杆固定方式，更显轻盈之感。

The black stones hidden in the vegetation interprets the poetic flavor of nature. The delicate flower borders composed of ilex crenata cv.convexa, flax, equisetopsida, seashore paspalum, elephant ears, cymbidium micranthum and other plants set off the natural atmosphere, and also improve the design temperature, making the site full of romantic feelings and vitality, so that people can enjoy a moderate life under the shade of trees and flowers. The Mount Fang themed lawn lamps add delicacy to the scene, with the side of seats also embedded with theme related poems. The characters for the landscape wall is fixed with suspension screws, which makes it much lighter.

结合商业包装设计，吧台表面采用进口油漆，在保证易维护性与耐久性的同时彰显品质感。

In combination with the commercial packaging design, the countertop of the bar is made of imported tiger paint, which can ensure easy maintenance and durability while demonstrating a sense of quality.

WAY OF NEUTRALIZATION
中 和 之 道

繁花似锦，绿意盎然，东侧结合观山樾项目社区养老入口设置“中和”疗愈康养空间，让场地更具人文关怀。鼠尾草、龟甲冬青、细叶芒、八宝景天……缤纷植物带来自然之趣。步入其中，仿佛身临静谧山境，花草芬芳萦绕其间，让访客尽享怡然惬意。坐凳饰面选用柚木，与扶手椅设计相得益彰，呈现出极高的制造品质，为老年人提供温暖触感的同时使景致与灌木花草融为一体，让场地更显自然温馨。此外，养老活动区的植物种植上选择具有理疗功能的植物，细致入微的细节呈现使设计感充盈方寸之间。

With a carpet of flowers and a wild profusion of vegetation, a “neutral” healing and health care space is provided on the east side in combination with the gate of the elder care center in the Hills Scenery Community, making the site more humanistic. Sage, ilex crenata cv.convexa, miscanthus, sedum spectabile boreau …… colorful plants bring the natural interest. Walking into it, people will feel as if they are in a quiet mountain. The fragrance of flowers and plants lingers in it, making visitors feel happy and comfortable. Teakwood is selected for the finish, which complements the design of armchairs, presenting an extremely high manufacturing quality. It provides the elderly with a warm touch while integrating the scenery with shrubs, flowers and grass, making the site more natural and warm. In addition, plants with physiotherapy functions are selected for planting in the elderly care & recreation area. The presentation of meticulous details gives a sense of design everywhere in the small world.

IN A WORD
写 在 最 后

对细节的苛求是专业度与态度的体现。方案设计过程中团队一度面临挑战，经过反复推敲打磨，最终得到良好呈现。譬如，如何在满足视觉通透性的同时打造花园式游园体验？对此，本案选取分支点在2m以上的高分支点乌桕，种植点位对齐建筑实体柱，让位窗景，以保证室内视线开阔通透，让方山之景尽收眼底。其次，对于场地存在的高差问题，设计采用绿化结合种植池的方式进行消化，硬质部分的高差采用放坡处理，以保证商业步行动线的流畅性。此外，场地内置石均经过专门挑选并二次修饰，以贴合最理想的设计效果。

Excessive demands for details is the embodiment of professionalism and attitude. In the process of scheme design, the Team has once faced with challenges. Upon repeated deliberation and study, the scheme has finally been perfectly presented. For example, how to create a garden-like experience while satisfying visual permeability? For this end, sapium sebiferum with a high branch point of more than 2m is selected. The planting position is aligned with the solid column of buildings to give way to the window view, so as to ensure that the indoor view is open and transparent to get the panoramic view of Mount Fang. Secondly, for the elevation difference existing in the site, the design adopts greening combined with planting beds for digestion. The elevation difference for the hard part is treated by sloping to ensure the sound traffic flow of the business street. In addition, the stones in the site have been specially selected and re-decorated to fit the best design effect.

巍巍方山，氤氲间层峦叠翠；傍山而居，描绘出精致生活。本案以方山为源，以“泊心有度”为题，利用现代设计手法与精致细节描摹，打造高品质感的场景式商业景观，引领当代社区的进化之路，创造充满自然艺术氛围的理想人居环境。

Layer upon layer of peaks and knolls are luxuriantly green in towering Mount Fang. Living by the hillsides, depicts an exquisite life. With Mount Fang as the source, the case is themed with “a Moderate Soul Habitat”. It utilizes modern design techniques and fine details to create a high-quality scenario-specific commercial landscape, leads the evolution of contemporary communities, and creates an ideal living environment full of natural and artistic atmosphere.
