基地分析

城中村,城市快速发展而衍生的廉租房集聚地。网格化的街道与建筑布局,在秩序与混沌中充满了烟火气。学校的基地位于一个典型城中村的主街中。基地以及基地东侧的医院用地与南侧的住宅用地都属于城中村拆除重建项目。我们希望学校基地内的拆除重建并不会磨灭城中村原有的街道活力和丰富生动的城市公共生活,而是依托新建的学校为村里带来舒适的公共绿化空间以及更完善的配套街区。

One Street and Eight Courtyards
Site analysis

The urban village is a cluster of low-rent housing derived from the rapid development of the city. The gridded streets and building layouts are full of hustle and bustle in order and chaos. The site of the school is located in the main street of a typical urban village. The hospital on the east side of the site, and the residential on the south side of the site belong to the urban village demolition and renewal project. We hope that the demolition and renewal of the school will not obliterate the original street vitality and vivid urban public life of the urban village, but rely on the newly built school to bring comfortable public green space and more complete supporting blocks to the village.

概念生成

在布局上,方案将学校操场布置在基地的东侧,一方面操场能够缓和教学区与东侧医院用地关系,另一方面,教学区也能够保持城中村主街的道路断面的连续性。整个教学区采用鱼骨状的景观空间体系。通过建筑体相互之间的错动,原有的简单秩序变成丰富灵动而又相互渗透的空间,形成“一街八院”的公共空间格局。适宜的建筑体量使得校园呈现出开放的姿态,积极地与周边产生对话关系。

Concept generation

In terms of layout, the plan arranges the school playground on the east side of the base. On the one hand, the playground can ease the relationship between the teaching area and the hospital land on the east side. On the other hand, the teaching area can also maintain the continuity of the road section of the main street of the village in the city. The entire teaching area adopts a fishbone-shaped landscape space system. Through the staggered movement between the buildings, the original simple order becomes a rich, flexible and interpenetrating space, forming a public space pattern of “One Street and Eight Courtyards”. Appropriate building volume makes the campus present an open attitude, actively creating a dialogue relationship with the surrounding area.

功能组织

学校的首层由图书馆、专业教室、合班教室、多功能室、体育设施、饭堂构成,沿街的功能为社区共享提供了条件,不仅延续原有城中村的街道活力并且串联起新的街区。处在主街转角位的图书馆成为村入口的重要形象。小学和初中的普通教室、行政办公、教师宿舍则布置在这些建筑体的二层以上。

Program organization

The first floor of the school is composed of a library, professional classrooms, co-class classrooms, multi-functional rooms, sports facilities, and a dining hall. The programs along the street provide conditions for community sharing, which not only continues the street vitality of the original urban village, but also connects new neighborhood. The library at the corner of the main street becomes an important icon of the village entrance. Ordinary classrooms, administrative offices, and teachers’ dormitories for primary and junior high schools are arranged above the second floor of these buildings.

连续的二层连廊把所有的建筑体串联在一起,并且通过局部的三层连桥和平台形成三个或两两组合而成的小组团。位于三层标高的操场通过楼梯、连桥以及台阶式的观众看台与教学区的二三层公共体系联系在一起。

The continuous two-story corridor connects all the buildings together, and forms three or two-by-two groups through partial three-story bridges and platforms. The playground on the third floor is connected with the public system on the second and third floors of the teaching area through stairs, bridges and stepped spectator stands.

活力街

“一街八院”由二层的活力街和八个首层庭院构成。活力街通过室外楼梯、大台阶、平台形成由一层至五层连续而立体的公共学习交流空间。围绕活力街,设计组织了八个不同类型的专业教室和若干个社团活动室,创造出多元而又富有活力的校园主街。这里将成为校园的文化生活和交流共享的核心场所。

Vitality street

“One Street and Eight Courtyards” consists of the Vitality Street on the second floor and eight courtyards on the first floor. Vitality Street forms a continuous and three-dimensional public learning and communication space from the first floor to the fifth floor through outdoor stairs, large steps, and platforms. Around Vitality Street, eight different types of professional classrooms and several activity rooms are organized to create a diverse and dynamic campus main street. It will become the core place of cultural life as well as communication and sharing on campus.

学校主入口位于教学区南侧,从入口拾级而上便能到达活力街。两侧的建筑退台、平台架空、庭院错落为活力街提供了尺度宜人和绿意盎然的空间环境,活力街的北端连接着学校的北次入口,使得活力街连通贯穿学校南北。

The main entrance of the school is located on the south side of the teaching area, and you can reach Vitality Street by climbing up the stairs from the entrance. The setbacks of buildings, stilt platforms, and scattered courtyards on both sides of streets provide Vitality Street with a pleasant scale and green space environment. The northern end of Vitality Street is connected to the north secondary entrance of the school, making the Vitality Street connect the north and south of the school.

类型多样的八个庭院

首层的功能房间围绕庭院和操场的下沉庭院形成半围合的空间聚落,各个庭院空间相互渗透连接,并且利用场地缓缓的高差,形成丰富多样的户外活动场所。与大地相连的庭院让师生能回归到真正的自然环境里,激发出各种树下草丛中的户外教学活动。

Various types of eight courtyards

The functional rooms on the first floor form a semi-enclosed spatial settlement around the courtyard and the sunken courtyard of the playground. The courtyard spaces are connected to each other, and create a variety of outdoor activity venues by using the gradual height difference of the site. The courtyard connected to the earth allows teachers and students to return to the real natural environment, and inspires various outdoor teaching activities in the grass under the trees.

文体社区

室外操场下的空间混合了文化与体育功能,充足的自然光线和散落布局而形成的穿堂风为风雨操场运动的师生带来舒适的体验。风雨操场在东侧结合较大的地形高差从地下逐渐过渡到地上架空,空间的退让改善了采光通风以及创造友好的城市界面。三联学校不仅构建一个丰富多元的、内部集合街道与庭院的学习交流场所,而且以开放绿色的建筑形态和积极的城市界面与外部充满活力的城中村形成共生关系。

Recreation and sports community

The space under the outdoor playground is a mix of cultural and sports programs. The ample natural light and the scattered layout bring a comfortable experience for teachers and students who exercise in the covered playground. Combined with the large terrain height difference on the east side, the covered playground gradually transitions from underground to stilt space on the ground. The space retreat improves lighting and ventilation and creates a friendly urban interface. Sanlian School not only builds a rich and diverse learning and exchange place which integrates streets and courtyards inside, but also forms a symbiotic relationship with the vibrant urban village outside with its open and green architectural form as well as positive urban interface.
