Yuelu District, home to the first national new district in central China, boasts both economic vitality and humanistic spirit along the Xiangjiang River. It is also where Midea Changsha YUELU MANSION located, a new and large Chinese-style residential program with dedicate human touch.
设计思路 DESIGN IDEAS
项目整体规划采用“两轴三庭多院”的对称式规划，将新中式建筑风格融于设计构思中。户型南北通透，采光效果佳，楼栋错位分布，最大限度呈现庭院景观，让视野更为开阔。
The program adopts symmetric layout design, that is two axises with multiple courtyards. New Chinese characteristics are taken into the design consideration. The house sits north to south with ample light and the location maximizes the courtyard view.
项目地块高差较大，南北最大高差达6米多，对景观方案设计带来一定的制约，但亦为营造丰富空间竖向变化提供契机。项目设计以美的置业5M智慧健康社区体系为基础，以城市人文品格为延伸，融入中式住宅的人文感，打造集境、享、融、乐为一体的中式高尚人文品宅。
As the site height difference, relatively large (about 6 meters), landscape design is refrained. Therefore, vertical variety is an option for a diverse space. The program, based on Midea 5M smart and healthy compound, is positioned to extend the humane spirit and infuse Chinese characteristics into landscape, living and entertainment.
为避免常规设计中利用率低与亮点少的问题，景观营造多功能、融合共享的活动空间，提升整个场地的活力值与可达性，形成富有体验感的社区空间。
Conventional design ideas usually lead to unexciting space. To avoid this, the landscape is reorganized with shared spaces, where neighborhoods are encouraged to socialize.
让美景隔绝城市的喧嚣，回家就换种心境
门庭是营造归家仪式感的重要界面，通过空间营造入门即园的仪式感，打造尊崇门第的归家礼仪，信步归家，倒映成趣。
Entrance holds the first impression of coming home. By welcoming visitors with garden views, the entrance does its utmost to make people feel at home.
斑驳的树影漂浮于庭院一隅，旨在将艺术收藏于归家途中。有时一树可知秋，简单的种植搭配却能展示四季的丰富变化，这种四季的变化也是归家仪式中微妙的乐趣。
The design aims to capture seasonal changes through native flora. Dazzling trees in the courtyard makes you feel at ease.

风雨连廊与社区门庭相连接，继续引导着舒适的归家旅途。
On the way home, the covered corridor leads people to the compound entrance.
格栅庭廊阶下一片粼粼波光，让人心神摇曳，连廊空间与外部花园草坪相互渗透，行走于其中，却有穿梭于花园的美妙。
The path, meadow, pond and garden are interconnected in a suitable position to create an ideal atmosphere for relaxing.
采用艺术画廊的空间手法，串联归家体验的公共场所，提升豪宅居住场所的品质调性，重新诠释生活美学的真谛。
The warmth continues along the way home, and a mix of artistic and breezy gallery decorate the spaces. An air of lightness and calmness prevails.

全龄化乐享场地将社交、休闲、儿童、康体、运动、景观等功能进行流动融合，打造多功能性社区空间，充分应用现代的材料和设计语言，使之符合当下的生活方式和审美，实现人文和自然的对话。
The program is designed for all age groups. Functional space for socializing, entertainment, recovery, and sports are all well prepared. Simplistic material and design language incorporate modern lifestyles and create dialogue between people and nature.
儿童乐园采用蓝黄主色调和深受儿童喜爱的元素，将滑梯、爬架、摇摇椅、元素墙等不同玩法融于场地，多维度满足全龄儿童活动需求。
Children’s Park uses a palette of blue and yellow. Slides, ladders, seesaw, and walls are positioned to meet the needs of children of all ages.
在家人的陪伴下，与光影一起游戏，与孩童一起成长。
Playing games with families, children grow up in happiness.
