// 引言
INTRODUCTION

阳光城溪山悦位于长沙市高新区，是长沙北部综合发展带向西发展核心区域，紧邻长沙绕城高速、靠近枫林三路，离规划高铁西站7公里。既享有城市两大主动脉的交通优越，更有梅溪湖的独特景观，且毗邻湖南第一师范学院。示范区设计结合场地高差和地块水面，营造出独具特色的建筑与景观空间。

Yango Xishanyue is located in the high tech Zone of Changsha City, which is the core area of the western development of Changsha northern comprehensive development belt. It is close to Changsha Ring Expressway, Fenglin No.3 Road, and 7 km away from the planned High-speed Railway west station. Besides, it is adjacent to Hunan No.1 Normal University and has a unique landscape of Meixi lake.The Sales Department of the demonstration area combines the elevation difference of the site and the water surface of the plot to create a distinctive architecture and landscape space.

翡翠森林，入梦
EMERALD FOREST

阳光城溪山悦示范区撷取地理优势，结合场地高差及地块内水文环境，挖掘城市中的自然意境；以翡翠森林理念，营造宛如绿野仙踪般的“梦境”，“自然”与“透绿”相互融合，收放有致，交织成一幅美好的主题画卷。

Yango Xishanyue demonstration area takes advantage of the geographical advantages, combines the elevation difference of the site and the water surface of the plot, excavates the nature in the city, and creates a beautiful theme picture by integrating the “dream”, “nature” and “green” like the wizard of Oz with the artistic conception of Emerald Forest.

一个自然萦绕的多重空间，圆一个绿野仙踪的梦境。以启航、探寻、穿越、登星的顺序为游览主线，场景逐一展现，营造出不经意间的一抹闲适与温馨。

启航 · 入境

简单不失品位的归家意境 | 阔雅精致的入口形态，勾勒城市界面；提炼艺术长廊气韵，利用景墙透空引入自然光线；营造光影隧道，引人入境；昼夜交替间，感受时间的律动。

The wide and elegant entrance forms outline the city interface; refine the artistic corridor charm, use the scenery wall to penetrate the air to introduce natural light; build a light and shadow tunnel to attract people to enter the country; feel the rhythm of time between day and night.

探寻 · 视野

沉浸流线，中央水庭的情绪引导 | 沿着环游廊道隐喻蜿蜒的湖岸缓缓而上，曲径通绿处，移步易景；通过特色景墙，轻快水景层层递进，目光所及青翠欲滴，舒朗开阔。

Walking around the corridor is a metaphor for the winding Lakeshore. The winding path leads to the green place and changes the scenery. Through the characteristic landscape wall and the light water scenery, you can see the layers of green and open.

眺望 · 尺度

我不想画一幅画，我想打开空间，创造一个新的维度，将它与无限伸展的宇宙相连。因为它不断扩展，甚至超过了被约束的平面。

写意未来，重视功能及空间组织 | 售楼处展示中心以“甲板”挑高式空间框架，延伸视觉尺度；蜿蜒伸展的弧边设计，自然灵动，提升空间感；灵动的中心镜面水景，点亮梦境；突出互动式景观体验，于方寸之间，阅气象万千！

Overlooking, the light at the other end of the forestOn the second floor, a high-rise space frame with a viewing platform is used to extend the visual scale. The flexible central mirror waterscape lights up the dream, highlights the interactive landscape experience, and can enjoy a wide range of views within a square inch.

1.入口处增加两条路径，与湖面交接增加水面景观
2.拉伸建筑体块使其与周围绿地齐平
3.配合左侧建筑排列轮廓，切割二层体块左侧轮廓
4.配合入口处坡道轮廓，切割二层体块后侧轮廓
5.湖面一侧切割出最大观景面

建筑采用框架结构，建筑悬臂梁出挑长度最高为8m，超长的悬臂梁给建筑提供更加飘逸的感觉，使其在水面上呈现出唯美优雅的姿态，从而与自然环境完美结合。

极光 · 穿越

自然光给予空间特性，自然光给予建筑生命。

捕光捉影，瞬间永恒 | 开阔的室内空间，引入“极光”的璀璨壮丽；将空间置于星河流线之内，化繁为简，凝练升华内部意境，使空间灵动活跃，宛若星河灿烂。

The open interior space introduces the brilliance and magnificence of “Aurora”. The space is placed in the streamline of the Star River, which simplifies the complexity, condenses the space, sublimates the internal artistic conception, and makes the space vivid and active, just like the brilliant star river.

EPILOGUE

过去与当下，宁静与喧嚣，从城市入“森林”，返璞归真，回归生活；梅溪湖边，扶栏上，风月间；诠释现代语境下的多维意境人居。

In the past and the present, the tranquility and noise from the city into the “forest”, return to the nature, return to life: Meixi lake, on the railing, between the wind and the moon, interpret the multi-dimensional artistic conception of human settlements in the modern context.
